We believe in doing something different. Our aim is to make Potbelly in the UK as big as it is in the US. We are focusing on central London and hoping to open at least 10 stores in the next five years.”
American sandwich chain Potbelly began its ride in 1996. When an ambitious, entrepreneurial young man named Bryant Keil started the first store on Lincoln Avenue in Chicago, Illinois. Thereafter, brand never looked back and went on to spread its foothold across the country. Presently, Potbelly has almost over 400 outlets running successfully across the US.
