Signs Express Ltd to add five to eight new franchisees

Signs Express Ltd, one of the largest sign companies across the UK and Ireland is planning to add five to eight new franchisees to its network. The brand is seeking expansion across London particularly and also in the South East market. Presently, the brand has 64 outlets and all the outlets are franchisee-run.

Craig Brown, Managing Director, Signs Express Ltd says, “There exists a great demand for our products in London and the South East area. To cater to the demand of our customers we are seeking franchisees in these areas.” The brand provides a diverse range of products like vehicle graphics, outdoor business signs, interior signs, exhibition stands, promotional banners, custom vinyl printing, labels, stickers, health and safety signs.

Sharing details about the investment requirements for the brand, Brown adds, “The franchisee capital requirement varies between £ 35,000-45,000, typical bank loan varies between £50-60k bringing the total resultant requirement to £85-105k. The requisite area to take up a franchise should be more than 1500 square feet. The franchisee can break even at the end of one year after beginning of the operations.”
