Vertu Motors enhances its portfolio with SKODA dealership

Vertu Motors, UK based motor retailer, has added the first SKODA dealership to its portfolio. The brand has acquired the  MSB ŠKODA in Darlington located in the North East UK for £1.5 million deal. With the acquisition, the total number of sales outlets operated by Vertu Motors has reached to 117 taking its North East outlets count to 18.

Vertu Motors is the sixth largest automotive retailer in the UK. It commenced its journey in 2006 to acquire and consolidate UK motor retail businesses. Vertu Motors has a nationwide chain of franchise motor dealerships offering sales, service, parts and body-shop facilities for new and used car and commercial vehicles. The brand operates a number of premium franchise dealerships such as Volvo and is the largest operator of Honda dealerships in the UK. The brand is also listed on the AIM (Alternate Investment Market), a sub-market of London Stock Exchange.
